Nobody in their right mind goes to a housing project near Martin Luther King Blvd (got to be one nearby) at 2am.

We had a few streets like that where I use to live (of apart of the downtown in the city). The thugs will rob you as you drive down the street in the daylight. No cops ever come until it's too late-the criminals run the streets in those sections. It's crazy. Out of towners get on the wrong street/ get lost/ then the insaneness begins like wild dogs.
