” He lost some voters to McDaniel before the runoff because of the actions of his campaign in their reach out to democrat efforts...”

It’s frustrating that national news media is not covering this side of the situation. They are so quick to put John McCain out with a statement about how wonderful it was that so many black democrats were attracted to vote for Cochran in the primary, but they refuse to tell how this was accomplished.

It’s my humble opinion that, because most people are not hearing the nasty little details of what has truly been going, they will be more than ready to assign blame to the conservatives (once again) when Cochran loses to the Democrat in November.

Funny you mention that. I’ve been thinking the same thing.

Boss Hogg Haley Barbour has been silent. No where to be found.

Any possibility of Mr. McDaniel adopting a strategy from the Lisa Murkowski playbook and go Independent during the general election? The dems would be less likely to cross over thinking they may have a chance at the seat. The conservatives could coalesce around McDaniel, leaving the rino voting portion of the GOP on their own? Just a thought.
