You heard right, but that’s not shenanigans or even walk around money. It’s just simple McCain/Barbour/GOP outreach.
Any doubts as to where those Black votes for Cochran are going in the general election. I think the democrat candidate, Childers, ( who is fairly conservative ) has a good chance against Cochran particularly if Tea Party resentment is still boiling.
