Don’t the particular black people in these schools play any role in their own destinies or are they always just the passive tools, the chess pieces, of whatever group is the designated player of the game at a given time? Don’t these black people themselves make decisions, good ones and bad ones, which affect their own futures, regardless of what nefarious plans any other group may lay for them?
