Only 10% of the women who get abortions actually choose them of their own free will. This is from an Alan Guttmacher study done in the 1980s.
Added to this information - 64% are coerced and 26% are easily talked into to it.
It is pretty easy to talk a misinformed, homonally-charged woman into giving up her baby.
Planned Parenthood has got a good money-raking racket going don't they?
God bless this woman and her mission. With God’s help she has a place in the kingdom for sharing her story and her message.
When I think of my two sainted grandmoms, always the loving refuge and source of delight, affirmation, treats and open affection, my heart weeps for the presumably teenage mother. Sounds like she turned to puppy love and sexual experimentation as an escape from a harsh family, as neglected or abused teen girls often do. She was subjected to the grandmother’s coercion and horror that was like a muslim honor killing.
I’m confused too. Who raised her?
Grandma knew she had neglected her job to properly instruct her charges. For her it was easier to get rid of the evidence.
The baby becomes the reflection of her conscience.
Thank you! The mother regrets not running away from the grandmother who instigated the abortion.
Her mother was an unmarried 19 yr old college student. She carried her daughter for 8 months before the failed abortion took place.
After she was born alive, her mother decided to let her be adopted. So she was, by a very loving family.
There is a video at the bottom of the link which explained this part of her story.
I think what the birth mother regrets is that she didn’t run away from her abusive family earlier. The relationship was always strained, and never became a loving one, so ties were severed later on. She regretted not leaving her family earlier than she did.
I suppose that the many generations of your family never had a baby conceived out of wedlock, and if you did, you made sure that they knew it. And if the woman was single when she delivered the baby, the family referred to it as, “That Bastard”.
Sobering.
I think what she meant was that her mother didn’t run away from her family to prevent the forced abortion.
Comparing abortion with choice is like comparing trafficking of sex slaves with “working in the sex industry.”
Abortion survivor's speech aborted
I would consider my choice of words more carefully as your assertion is highly debatable.

Now that’s beyond funny-a muzlo-commie talking about “values and morals”!
More like repugnant and chilling at the same time...
