German lawmakers on Thursday voted to introduce a minimum wage of €8.50 per hour, despite criticism from both unions and employers of the new law.

Great politics, bad policy for small business if it happened in this country.

In my area right now most entry level hiring I see is around 9 dollars an hour, well above the 7.25 federal minimum wage

Of course, the Uniparty politicians through the Fed have inflated the value of currency making a minimum wage hike sustainable for large politician connected corporations in this country.
