This would be an economic disaster, a Free Trade deal w EU
The Liberal Globalist dream to destroy America never ends...and every Free Trader has a hero in Obama
The EU is dying, and any trade deal means US wealth is redistributed to bail out the failed EU
This treaty will end all European automakers manufacturing in the US. Existing tariffs on automobiles get the Euros to make cars here for US sale. Take it away...and those factories close....and states with those factories lose billions
Also, this treaty will not end the EU tariff on all American products...via the EU Value Added Tax. All items coming from US to EU are slapped w a high tariff

US investment in the EU is 3 times greater than US investment in the whole of Asia and EU investment in the US is eight times that of EU investment in India and China combined. Intra-company transfers are estimated to constitute a third of all transatlantic trade. The US and EU are the largest trading partners of most other countries in the world and account for a third of world trade flows. Given the already low tariff barriers (
under 3%), to make the deal a success the aim is to remove non-tariff barriers.
