On Wednesday’s “The O’Reilly Factor,” conservative talker Laura Ingraham made a bold call on how to confront problem of immigration in the United States, in particular regarding the flow of illegal aliens through the U.S. southern border.

GO, LAURA INGRAHAM, GO! I agree with each and every idea she’s put forth about what must be done with the illegal kids, etc. Laura is hard hitting, feisty, takes no crap, and has her facts and figures at the ready. And she’s a patriot, has the fire and guts in her belly to fight. Heard her radio program today, right after Rush, and she was terrific.

How can people be deported if there is no country willing to accept them?

The schools have no choice when it comes to providing K-12 education. The Supreme Court made that mandatory with Plyler vs Doe in 1982. In Fairfax County, Virginia they pay $104 million a year for ESOL instruction for 31,000 students.

That 1982 Supreme Court ruling is the reason we need Constitutional amendments like the following to try to control illegal immigration:

1. "School attendance: Only citizens, legal residents, those with special student visas can attend elementary, high school, and colleges in the United States."

2. "One parent must be a citizen before a newborn child is given automatic citizenship."

3. Felony: We must finally declare that crossing the border illegally is a felony.

Illegal parents come to the United States for the wonderful benefits that their children can receive, like a quality education and great health care. Can you blame them for making the dangerous, long trip with their young children, or sending their children by themselves with the hope that the United States will automatically let them stay?

I don't understand how a child can illegally cross the southern border one day and automatically be eligible to enroll in public school the next day. That is wrong.

The few states that have dis allowed non-citizens to work and receive welfare, foodstamps, education and free healthcare find that their unemployment goes down and their economy goes up.

The scofflaws (illegal insurgent invading criminal alien colonists) leave for their own countries or to states that will waste taxpayer money on coddling them.

Self deportation works quite well.

Calif passed such a law but a leftist judge said it was unconstitutional.

Which of course it wasn’t, but the pols in Calif wouldn’t fight it.

Imagine how good the economy in Calif would be if it was enforced instead of ILLEGALLY stopped.

Our politicians have taken their cues from the English: mass, uncontrolled immigration will neuter the native vote, destroy the native culture, destroy middle class wages, and mint millions of new voters who have no allegiance to, or understanding of, this country, nor its founding principles, thus cementing in place socialist, welfare state, multiculturalist, antichristian policies.

Any country that refuses to take back their illegal aliens should have all their citizens denied entry into US, citizenship requests denied, tourist visas denied...until all their illegal aliens are accepted. Nations will comply quickly

The way to make the arrests is to call out the militia and sweeten the call with a bounty system. One illegal alien child costs at least $20,000 a year for education, healthcare, and EBT, so $5,000 a head would do nicely, with stiff penalties for false arrest and detainment.

Two weeks of that and the illegals would self-deport in droves.
