Burning the body strikes me as very curious.
My first thought - a deliberate effort to destroy forensic or DNA evidence.
My second thought - does burning a body in the Middle East have some cultural or religious significance?
Also, for the perps, burning a body at night means added risk of detection.
I have to believe there are government employees on constant fire watch in July in that arid part of the world.

the family had not handed this film to police yet - although it did not explain why the family would withhold evidence which could potentially shed light on their own son's murderok, I'll make a wild guess. Poppa recognized the car and or the occupants
