Rochester can't be that black, why are so many officials of that color?.....it goes to show you that they protect and excuse their own.....

you can not vote for most of them because their allegiance is to their race....I say that knowing that I have given perhaps a couple a thousand dollars to black candidates that I trust...

I think the city is more than 50% black. The suburbs are overwhelmingly white.
