Beside following your plan of cutting off the money to the home countries until illegal entry to our nation stops-can border states declare a state of emergency, and call out the National Guard?

It would give them more resources to deal with this disaster. I imagine they could get these kids processed, and sent back much faster with military personnel, and transport equipment- exc...would be much better than the giant disorganized mess the feds are making.
