I thought so too....and to think this is the NEW Defense Minister Poroshenko put in place as well as three or four other Military leaders...lots of deception going on in Ukraine.
Sounds like how Obama operates.....move people around so when the crap hits the fan of what they’ve REALLY been doing nobody has to take the blame or the fall.
