The nation is blessed to have the legal wisdom of the U.S. Supreme Court in the wake of the 13 rulings it has made against the Obama administration in the past 18 months, former Sen. Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut tells Newsmax TV.

"It's unusual or maybe even unprecedented to have that many decisions,'' Lieberman said Thursday on "The Steve Malzberg Show.''

"The good thing to say for those who are worried is that we do have a Supreme Court … and the vision of the founders to exercise nonpolitical authority to keep our government within the bounds of the Constitution.''

Re: “Please knock it off.”

Sorry, guys.

I just report the poll numbers.

We have a decisive lead in 3 Senate races: South Dakota, Montana, and West Virginia.

We have a small lead, within the margin of error, in Louisiana.

We need 6 seats for a majority.

The news for Democrats has been AWFUL for months.

Yet, 4 seats is the best we can do?

And the Democrats have barely begun to fight back yet.

We also have 3 Republican seats in danger, which no one talks about: Kentucky, Georgia, and Mississippi.

I’m afraid you’re right.
They’re just revving up the “war on women” assault.

And of course the fabulous stock market and surging economy - the MSM is ecstatic.

Lieberman had the opportunity to be remembered as a statesman. But following his passionate speech condemning the behavior and acknowledging the validity of the charges against the impeached B-J Clinton, Lieberman chose to put his political interests and the interests of the Democrat Socialist Party above his Constitutional duty and voted not to convict the disgraced president.

Lieberman's actions at that time were those of a political hack, not those of a true "statesman".

Exactly, Lieberman's a hack, always was. Even worse, that vote is probably what got him on the ticket with Algore. Sore-Loserman.
