Re-read my post. Two week court dates is how it is supposed to work. Due to the massive amount of people coming in, the courts that were already backed up are now log jammed and they are giving people court dates in 2024...or were a couple of days ago. By now it may be 2030...This is a massive amount of people coming across the entire border. Because the largest number is crossing in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas that is the focus but this is literally a tidal wave of illegals.

when Pedro gets arrested for killing those children and they find that hes an “absconded” illegal alien, an immigration lawyer” will say he didn’t get a speedy hearing/trial..

Well Jose will just say that he appeared at the office on July 22, 2014 but they told him they were too busy to see him and that they would send him a new date to appear..
since that’s probably what will happen anyway to other illegal aliens and the immigration lawyer knows this, it wont be held against him..
Plus why was he in Nevada when he was suppose to be in Pittsburgh ???
well he did call a few months ago and told someone that he had a job out in Nevada and the man told him just to go then after all he had a family now a new wife and a baby that he had to support..
