Two decades ago a friend came back from a visit to Russia and gave us all a welcome back hug. Then we all developed scabies. Seems they washed sheets in hotels with cold water. My husband and I got rid of them quickly with hot laundry and skin medicine, but the kids kept finding shirts and jackets dropped behind furniture and reinfecting themselves. Took over 6 months to get rid of our infestation. “From Russia with love.”
