BUT if I eat something made out of wheat more than once a week................ I am very sorry that I did.

I'd noticed that problem too until I started drinking a probiotic called keifer.

It made perfect sense. Our bodies require bacteria to fully process food, but between our over processed diets, sterilizing our environments, and taking antibiotics as a standard treatment, these beneficial bacteria are either killed off outright or not staying as plentiful as they should.

Replenishing them with probiotics was a smart choice...for me anyway. Watching carbs is one thing, but days of misery vs. no biscuits, cake or pizza.....EVER?

Just shoot me now! :-)

I eat yogurt every day and that keeps me working OK but I don’t eat wheat except maybe once a week (I can handle that).

I have ended up in the ER with intestinal infections twice and I never want that to happen again. Both times it took me 2 months to fully recover.

------------------------>

I take a tube of Bifa probiotic everyday. Was recommended to me after 2 bouts of C-Diff after 2 hip replacement surgeries.

What is keifer and how do you serve it?
