What does how the Israeli justice system and it’s failings have to do with the kid being killed?

Well, they have fighters, pilots and ordinance every bit as good as ours or better. Plus they have the incoming missile defense.
They should be able to spot a launch, knock it down if it looks threatening, and blow up the terrorists who launched it...or their entire village.
Hopefully the latter.
The Israelis aren’t able to hit every rocket with their anti-missile missile intercept system.
So you would mind your country, State, or your town getting bombed with missiles from Muzzies? That’d be okay with you?
You know, just because they were allegedly Israelis, that doesn't mean they were Jews. A significant percentage of Israel's population is moslem.
Terrorists would think nothing of killing their own just to further the cause and focus the blame on Israel.
No, nor should they waste them on desert strikes or overshoots. They can probably tell some of them that are obviously going to miss.

I was criticizing the Israelis for not coming down on them with both feet.
Remember when the “palestinians” had elections and elected Hamas, a terrorist group as their governing body? I thought that would be a license for Israel to air strike the Hamas power structure as a legitimate target, responsible for any terrorist attacks.
Noises coming from the Hamas leadership sounds like that may not be too far fetched.
Israel should blow up the “Palestinian Parliament”.

You seem to be okay with it as long as no one gets killed.
That is an excellent point. When Israel was founded, there was no one kicked out that didn’t want to leave. This included many Arab Muslims. But it doesn’t matter anyway since you can’t blame the larger group for the acts of a smaller one without some evidence. And your second point remains cogent. In the 2nd intifada Palestinians were killing each other right and left, but Jews were of course blamed instead by some.
Allow me to rephrase:
Why the Hell didn't any terrorists get killed?
Because the Jews bomb ethically.
They need to get over that.
