It would be good if we knew how “the government” made Oklahoma overturn this law.

I can’t imagine any circumstance under which the Executive Branch of the federal government would have the authority to make a state overturn a state law.

What federal court struck it down? And why isn’t Oklahoma appealing the ruling? Or is it?

I should think Oklahoma would appeal such a ruling all the way to the Supreme Court.

Something isn’t right about this story.

You must remember that we live in Obama’s America where from simply reading this story it is obvious that Obama is handing down judicial decisions.

I don’t see any Supreme Court decision or martial law, therefore
“Oklahoma forced” should be changed to “Oklahoma caved”.
