It’s a plan that would build a fence around the school building to keep the children in, and one that has folks on both sides of that fence.I can guess which side of the fence Governor Rick Perry falls on. He doesn't like fences, you know.

Perry is a NAFTA/NAU liberal...he is only blowing smoke about this crisis. He supports Open Borders and Amnesty...and signed the law giving Illegal Aliens in state college tuition in TX
