Best News Ever: Obama is Worst Ever!

On the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act that granted blacks the same basic rights that whites had, equality of a sort has finally arrived.

Quinnipiac University released a recent survey today that names Barack Obama the worst president in history, without regard to race, creed or color.

Finally, some people are getting the content of character thing that Dr. Martin Luther King spoke so eloquently about, rather than just the color of the skin thing that the Democrats have relied so heavily on.

“President Barack Obama is the worst president since World War II, 33 percent of American voters say in a Quinnipiac University National Poll released today,” says the brief accompanying the poll.

He beats George W. Bush by 5 percentage points.

On the plus side only 8 percent of voters think Obama is the best president ever.

"Over the span of 69 years of American history and 12 presidencies, President Barack Obama finds himself with President George W. Bush at the bottom of the popularity barrel," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the poll.

Obama reached the high water mark in his presidency in June of 2009 with a 59 percent approval rating that again, was largely a measure of how badly Americans wanted the first black president in the history of the country to succeed.

And that’s the historic sin for Obama.

Obama never understood that he had a responsibility to treat the presidency with the respect that could leave a legacy for other black politicians to follow.

Instead he allowed an entitlement mentality to cloud his thinking.

What happened to the Barack Obama who on the campaign trail in 2008 wasn’t afraid to speak against some of the cultural ills in the black community caused by 300 years of degrading treatment of blacks in America?

First it was slavery, then it was segregation, and now it’s dependency.

And Obama of all people should be aware that the president sets the tone.

So here’s the answer. And again, it’s a kind of progress because it has nothing to do with race.

It’s not because Obama’s black that he feels entitled. It’s because he’s Obama.

He’s enjoyed advantages in America that have been afforded few black people. He’s enjoyed advantages that he wishes to deny other blacks.

And like politicians of any color, deep down he’s mostly an opportunist.

So the Obama who lectured the black community is the same Obama who now panders to the understandable anger that simmers in the black community.

One thing that I have noticed about politicians is as they, rise they become more and more just a caricature of themselves, often forgetting who they really were to begin with.

And if anything, the presidency makes the caricature personality become more pronounced, rather than less.

Obama was a caricature to begin with.

So what the hell do you do with that?

You end up with a failed presidency because the man, not the color, can’t rise to the expectations.

And so while today we celebrate one righting of historic wrongs, and see a kind of progress in rating Obama on the same scale his predecessors have had applied to them, we’re not out of the woods.

Because the comparisons to Obama for good or ill will continue as other black politicians reach for the highest office in the land.

Next time maybe the media will concentrate on content of character instead of selling us a caricature.

“Next time maybe the media will concentrate on content of character instead of selling us a caricature.”

Not a chance.

That 8% that thinks Obama is the best president in the history of the world is made up mostly of people in the media.

Makes absolutely no difference at all. He will not be removed from office. His face will adorn Mt Rushmore within 25 years, Schools in every state will be named for him, and every city will have an intersection of MLK Drive and Obama Blvd.

Obama had nowhere to go but down. That was obvious the day after the election, and continued with the constant hagiography aimed toward him. Anyone with a little insight and wisdom would have climbed down off that pedestal then, but instead he basked in the glow of the worshipping throngs. Then when golden eggs didn’t start shooting out of his rear end his acolytes left, in increasing numbers as time went by.

At least now I no longer have to read praises to Obama on my Facebook page from misguided friends and family. Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt.

On that day Satan will be ice skating to his day job at CNN...

I remember during the Bush administration getting into arguments with my lib brother. On occasions when I would get him to concede I was right, his reply would be something to the effect of “but the polls show the people think Bush is wrong, and that’s what matters”.

It is a psychological imperative for the libs to occupy the moral high-ground, and so their leaders need to be popular. When polls show they are not appreciated for their “altruism”, it’s a significant emotional event for them.

This poll is rocking Obama’s world, make no mistake.

Too many people will say “We made a mistake, we should have voted for Hillary Clinton” and then the cycle worsens.

His childishness and immaturity is shining through for all to see now and it will get far worse before he leaves office. He has left a horrible legacy.

He was never in the wildest stretch of the imagination, presidential timber. He was a demagogue and a vessel for a left wing cabal to reach the highest levels of power in the federal government.

People were electing a “movie star” nothing more.

We have not yet reached equality for the Americans of African descent, if the Current Occupant cannot be reviled and castigated for his incompetence on the same basis as a white person of equally minimal accomplishments.

The paranoia-riddled sociopaths in the White Hut have tried from the very beginning to make this “all about race”, yet it is nothing of the kind. This is about somebody who has not, ever, embraced the social contract that is the underlying support for the set of principles known as “the American Ideal”.

Begin by impeaching each and every one of the Cabinet members, one by one, on the solidest and most incontestable grounds than may be found, and with very little effort, this should not be at all difficult. Start with Eric Holder, citing all the misapplications of legal force, the malfeasance of office, and the totally corrupt administration of law “enforcement” EVER in the Department of Justice. Proceed with the Department of the Treasury, and the total distortion of the purposes of the IRS, shaking the entire structure of the IRS from top to bottom. Health and Human Services is next on the list, with all its “regulatory” agencies and their fanatical application of rules that, if they do not simply distort the meaning of the US legal code, contradict it altogether.

But never, never try to reach for the Current Occupant himself. Go after the various close advisors on purely criminal and RICO statutes, stripping them away as the supporters in the White House under Richard Nixon were picked off one by one. Threaten Joe Biden like Spiro Agnew was in the run-up to the resignation of Nixon.

We have the blueprint for the removal from office of an incompetent and corrupt Chief Executive. All we need is the testicular fortitude to apply it.

and the ignorant voters that voted for him twice

If you include the 2008 election, that would be 4 times.

You are right. As I have posted many times, the media and education in America is now ruled by Marxist.
50+ percent of the public will remain ignorant.
The reelection of Obozo confirmed my thoughts.
