With all due respect, I would argue that he does understand reality. He knows he can act with impunity. Dingy is well aware that he may only have two years left as majority leader so he’ll push the envelope at every opportunity while he can.
Someone like that should not be a senator and by all rights should have been removed by his own state long ago. Just saying.

He understands reality very well and knows the donks can get around the SC decision, especially since the female members of the SC all but flat out told The One to ignore the Hobby Lobby decision.
