Exactly. Those saying Harry Reid will not go forward must realize Reid Is absolute obligated by his oath of office to remove the president and convict if the evidence warrants. He can’t just decide on his own to block the process otherwise he himself is committing an impeachable and prosecutable offense.

Reid has been constitutionally obligated to put a federal budget forward for six years in a row now and has not.
