So, why did the opinions of just five people allow the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010” stand as “Constitutional”?

Part of the contract, Harry, is accepting that sometimes, the other side does have a perfectly satisfactory resolution to the problem.

Or all the decisions made only to be done one way, and only to the favor of the side of “progressives”?
