The thing is if the Bishop stated what this male pole smoker said that his sexual behavior was the reason for not renewing vs. the Bishop just denied extension for no reason is an important part of the story.

In the “progressive” mindset that is not renewing because of anti-discrimination; such as saying we are not renewing because you have dark brown skin.

If the Bishop really did state this reason, he is a very short-sighted individual. Deny extension without reason, end of story.
