It's been stolen and funneled to leftist Obama/Democrat Party projects and payoffs. Don't be surprised that a year or so after Obama leaves office his net worth is reported 100 million plus dollars. And of course it will be from writing books and giving speeches. The other billions are stored away to be used against America -- sent to left wing commie activist groups and foundations. That's why so many of these leftist environmental and political and media activists groups just seem to pop out of no where.
