Mexican judge orders Marine sergeant to remain in custody on gun charges
Fox News ^ | July 10, 2014 | FoxNews.com

A Mexican federal judge ordered Andrew Tahmooressi back to prison after the U.S. Marine sergeant made his first official courtroom appearance since being locked up March 31 for accidentally crossing the border with guns in his pickup truck.

The 26-year-old veteran of two tours in Afghanistan was finally able to tell his story to a judge, after his case had been delayed by both Mexico's unpredictable legal system and his own trouble settling on a lawyer. It was not immediately clear what Tahmooressi said at the evidentiary hearing, which was closed to the public.

The Marine was asked to pay a bribe early on or give the police the guns. He refused.

Note how we treat their intentional border crossers vs. how are accidental border crossers are jailed.

It sounds made-up.

Camp Pendelton is just up the coast. SEAL Training at Coronado is much closer, just up the beach. Maybe they can pay a surprise visit and get him back. It would be good to see Tijuana burn.

I’m sure that Pharaoh Obama, Champion of Border Crossers, will put this travesty to right first thing tomorrow morning.

Say what? Sgt Tahmooressi is an American who crossed into Mexico? Nevermind..

Tomorrow Nero will call this a travisty of justice and demand Mexico immediately send
200,000 criminal invaders across the Rio Grande to correct the injustice.

I'll admit that I'm posting this in anger but I'd like to have all of Me-hee-coh burnt. That turd-world cesspool has been nothing but one problem after another for America for as long as I can remember and I was born in the early 1940s. I classify it as an enemy state and an existential threat.

A real president would call the Mexican president and tell him if the Marine isn’t released in one hour we will invade.

The last time for me was many years ago, and I brought back a great case of explosive diarrhea.
We should carpet bomb the RR bringing up the invaders, at least, while springing our guy with a SEAL raid.
Heh, pResident Obama, yeah, sure. The nightmare that never ends.

I agree....

Boycott Mexico any way you can

don’t buy anything made there

don’t buy from the produce vendor at the intersection

don’t by the bag of oranges...

don’t hire them for any jobs...

don’t eat at any Mexican restaurant

repeat this for 50 years.

Why haven’t we sent the SEALs down to get this guy back from our “friends” in Mexico? A few drones strikes would be kind of cool too! Is America now afraid of Mexico?

I think we should TAKE Mexico down to Panama, TAKE.

Those jokers have no idea how to run the fantastic real estate they have. Knock off all the corrupt politicians and drug kingpins and make the whole region an honest tourist, medical, education destination. The local population will thrive.

That's 100% on the mark, FRiend! Now is the time to finish the job started at San Jacinto. Mexico needs to become a US territory and its people American subjects. Maybe in a few hundred years, they might be worthy of the vote and gain citizenship after they learn to speak English as well as absorbing American culture and values.

Once we had a president who would have threatened war or at least closed the border. All illegals placed in internment camps like Manzanar —the US bucks they send south should be stopped.

“Send in an Israeli special ops unit”, Why an Israeli unit. One of our Marine RECON units could “visit” them as a training mission..

I wouldn’t worry about the quality of the food. A lot of the produce that we import is grown by Mennonite colonies down in Mexico. But I’ve heard that some of them have been leaving Mexico due to the violence that has become rampant there.

Unfortunately we have a leadership which is becoming just as corrupt and crooked as Mexico, neither does it have the balls or influence as it once had, otherwise it only would take a short communique or phone call to Mexico, either let our guy go or there there will be hell to pay. I turn our guy would be home within a couple of days. But these are the results of a socialist inspired linguine spine crooked leadership. Might as well get used to it.....

Mexico should be treated the same as Cuba....total ban on anything in or out.
Screw Mexico. They are pissed because not only did we take half their country, we took the half with running water and paved roads.

This is ACTUALLY a slap-to-the-face to Obama and a thumbing-of-the-nose to the U.S.

This Mexican third world cesspool of corruption knows how weak and lily-livered our presidency and our legislatures are....and they are more EMBOLDENED every day.

The American prisoner is but a pawn in an eerie Twilight Zone, no-win chessgame between evil itself which is personified in the nefarious, cunning Mexican government....and evil itself personified in the wicked, slimy anti-American president
