The border is a Federal matter.It is also a state matter. Texas has every right to protect its citizens from invasion if the fed gov refuses to do the job required of it.

The border is a Federal matter. Leave the Federal border open, but install a Texas border fence. Fences are big business in Texas. We could put up our own adequate fence in no time at all. Just take a look around Texas. Thousands of miles of fence exist and there are hundreds of fence companies.
