Rev. Jackson: Obama, Feds Need To Do More To Combat Chicago Violence (Needs $2 billion more)
CBS News ^ | July 9, 2014 | Craig Dellimore

The Rev. Jesse Jackson and Mayor Emanuel are differing on where the fingers should be pointed when it comes to federal anti-violence help, reports WBBM Political Editor Craig Dellimore.

Rev. Jesse Jackson and Mayor Emanuel agree curbing violence involves not just police but economic development and jobs in high crime neighborhoods, but Rev. Jackson seemed to fault President Obama for funding priorities that appear to put immigrant children coming across the borders first.

“If we can find $4 billion for those children, and we should, we can find $2 billion for Chicago,” said Jackson.

This is a black culture problem. Only solution is to flood the city with unemployed illegal immigrants who will push blacks up the economic ladder.

‘Local police needs to get tough with these dudes.’

Aint going to happen, these guys shoot back. Might interfere with supper plans for the cops, so that is a non-starter. Cops go after the law abiding, it is safer.

If we can’t end the gang violence in Latin America, how do we expect to do it in Chicago? If we can’t nation build in Iraq how can we expect to do it in Chicago?
Just throwing money at the problem won’t solve it. It is obvious that the thugs in Chicago have learned the same thing as the thugs in Latin America..the US is powerless to stop them.

why not give them the 2 billion? Not a penny more for anything. Period.

Then give them 30 days to clean-up the mess that is the City of Chicago.

If it cannot be cleaned up in 30 days, Repossess the whole city, then carpet bomb it. Including (especially) those in charge.

Yeah, probably right. Ok, how about this; let’s build that fence along our southern border. Additionally, we build a fence around Chicago and of course provide everyone with a 9mm and limitless amounts of ammo. Oh, almost forgot; we do the same with Detroit. What do you think?

I don’t live anywhere near and so don’t care much what they do to each other but if I did I would think it sounds like a plan. Can you imagine the wailing from the ACLU and the NAACP and every liberal left wing nut case, be entertaining as he11. Never happen, and to be truthful I am sure there are still some good people there that just can’t leave for one reason or another.

The only thing that I can think of is another Great Awakening in those cities. That is the only thing that will save them from themselves. It is possible.

I am moving back to the mountains shortly. I don’t want to be near a city in the near future. Money will not stop this it will just fuel more corruption.
