I predict the security guard standards will need to be ‘updated’ to say only that you cannot toke, smoke or choke on pot while on the clock. In this day and age, it’s unrealistic to assume people are not going to use a legal product if they are inclined to do so. A good lawyer could say,’what about alcohol?” are you saying, I can’t ever drink alcohol either?”
Tobacco may be different, because it often leads to expensive health issues. So a different lawyer would then use that argument against pot, saying chronic pot users become expensive health risks too.
