MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin has appealed a federal judge’s ruling from last month striking down the state’s ban on same-sex marriages as unconstitutional.

Republican Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen filed the appeal on Thursday as he indicated at the time of the original ruling he would. U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb ruled on June 6 that the ban, approved by voters in 2006, was a violation of gay couples’ equal protection and due process rights.

It’s in our @#$%^&*! Wisconsin Constitution! Wisconsin VOTED and they said MARRIAGE is between ONE man and ONE woman! If you freaks want to ‘marry’ one another so badly there is a PROCESS to achieve it! Git Bizzy!

Gawd, I HATE these @#$%^&*! lawless, Constitution-shredding judges! NOTHING p*sses me off more than this. NOTHING.

(Except killing babies in the womb; ain’t nobody got time for DAT!)

Unfortunately the activists have found the process to institute homosexual marriage is through finding liberal judges to so order it. That is their process, forcing it through the courts.

“It’s in our @#$%^&*! Wisconsin Constitution! Wisconsin VOTED and they said MARRIAGE is between ONE man and ONE woman!”

California did the same thing. Then a homosexual judge said the referendum was unconstitutional, the state government refused to appeal, and the courts refused to recognize anyone else as having standing, as I understand it.

That is what has happened to our Constitutional Republic. The voters can follow the process all day long, as long as it does not violate what the elite want to happen.

It is sort of like free speech in NAZI Germany. Everyone was free to follow the party line as much as they wanted to.

They will appeal - I think the Wisconsin Supreme Court will reverse. Wisconsin is not California.

Agreed. This WILL be reversed. The WISC is still sort of sane. Sort of.

The Libtards constantly ‘shop’ anything they dislike to a Dane County judge.

I think we need to change this ability to ‘shop’ for judges, for starters!

A friend in Wisconsin said that the Appeals judge has agreed to stay the pro-homosexual marriage until the Supreme Court rules.
