Australian Judge Says Incest May No Longer Be Taboo Judge in Australia says incest may no longer be a taboo and the only reason it is criminal is potential birth abnormalities, which can be solved by abortion Holding hands Judge Garry Neilson thinks that the community may now accept consensual sex between adult siblings Photo: Alamy By Jonathan Pearlman in Sydney 10 Jul 2014

A judge in Australia has been criticised after saying incest may no longer be a taboo and that the community may now accept consensual sex between adult siblings.

Judge Garry Neilson, from the district court in the state of New South Wales, likened incest to homosexuality, which was once regarded as criminal and "unnatural" but is now widely accepted.

He said incest was now only a crime because it may lead to abnormalities in offspring but this rationale was increasingly irrelevant because of the availability of contraception and abortion.

"A jury might find nothing untoward in the advance of a brother towards his sister once she had sexually matured, had sexual relationships with other men and was now 'available', not having [a] sexual partner," the judge said. "If this was the 1950s and you had a jury of 12 men there, which is what you'd invariably have, they would say it's unnatural for a man to be interested in another man or a man being interested in a boy. Those things have gon..

Homosexuals, transvestites, pedophiles, polygamists, people supporting beastiality, and those involved in incest are all part of the same movement. You support one - and you support them all.

I don’t care what anyone says, there has to be a group of people in someplace like maybe Brussels, who have been planning the demise of Christianity and western civilization for the past fifty years, and they are chipping away. the next brick apparently is incest, they will wait for that to sink in, then pedophilia.
I mean, it has to be true, what else explains this piece by piece destruction and these judges and politicians apparently getting their marching orders.

In a high school class, a student asked a priest about the Adam And Eve situation ... having only sons ... How did those sons procreate?

The delayed answer involved Eve ... and some laughs.

He said incest was now only a crime because it may lead to abnormalities in offspring

There is an increased risk, but it's a lot lower than most people think. Probably in the vicinity of 7% to 11% increased risk of serious birth defects.

These numbers may very well be high, as they're extrapolated from surveys based on very small sample numbers.

The real reasons for avoiding incest are emotional and societal, not genetic.

It’s very clear that the sons of Adam procreated with the daughters of Adam - but that was long before the human genome had been degraded to the point of where it is today. It wasn’t long after that - and after the flood, that close inbreeding was forbidden, and for good reason.

What was an absolute necessity in the beginning, was later to be absolutely forbidden.

This will take a while but it will catch on and be here as well as other ‘advanced’ countries. The left believes in no super rational force or in any traditional sort of post death judgment. What they do find is a hollow existence in which nothing has transcendental meaning or purpose. Sexual release , therefore, becomes as close as they can get to the sacramental and transcendental. The burning excitement and the brief flash of coruscating release is all they are left with. To make the release continually exciting new taboos have to be breached. The eventual goal is any sort of coupling in any way and with anything. Those who are religious or even secular but traditional will only be left with withdrawing from this sort of culture into a sort of internal exile.

So, if, e.g., the risk of being born with a cleft palate is on the average 1 in 700 when the parents are non-consanguine, then incest would boost that risk to only 1 in 650 to 1 in 620?
