What I wondered is why they picked the employer mandate as the issue to sue over. What happens if they do win? They won’t, and they know it. But what if they do? The employer mandate will be enforced? That will suck.

I think John Boehner has been a disastrous Speaker of the House, and this lawsuit idea, which is really out of left field, I think is a mistake.”
