There are Red Chinese nationals in every virtually every industrial and academic research lab. Many become US citizens but are still loyal to China. They work on the most advanced projects and we pay them to do it. After 5 -10 years they go back to China with what they know and teach. Our policy on foreign scientists is shortsighted and stupid.
