Even if one accepts that promoting homosexuality is either a key foreign policy interest of the USA or that it is a just cause (neither of which I personally accept), are we really to believe that the UK and Germany are oppressing homosexuals? Why does homosexuality need promoting in Europe? Give me a break! Not only is this wrong, it is a waste of money in Europe at least.
