Agreed. Excellent article. Thanks for posting. I had never heard the point about primary care vs. care for the sick before. It definitely explains why the whole insurance problem looks different to a government minister than it does to someone who is sick. I really appreciate articles which show me a whole new point of view on a subject I thought I understood.
