A Milwaukee teenager allegedly carjacked one-too-many people, and now he may be paralyzed for the rest of his life.

The 15-year-old was shot when he tried to carjack a woman who had a concealed carry permit.

This is one of the hardest things there is in training people to defend them self with a gun. They want to fire once and hope the problem will be gone. It takes a little practice for a double tap to body followed by two to the head in two seconds. Tell you have been in the sh@t and seen a enemy combatant suck up 4 or 5 rifle rounds and keep going you don't understand.

Mama always said that “assumption is the mother of all f*** ups”. I was referring to the standard “double tap” to the body’s center of mass. That is usually fatal. I certainly wasn’t referring to going up to a downed perp and putting a final bullet in his head. I think we ALL understand that that is not sanctioned by self defense laws.

You shoot multiple times till there is no threat is the right way to do it. Firing one shot and hoping is a possible death sentence to the CCW holder.
