I was referring to their budget. It didn't come from Congress. THAT was my point.
If HHS and other agencies have the $$ to deal with this 'crisis', then there's no need to even discuss $3.7 billion about 'caring for the children'...it's being done WITHOUT Congressional action.
GOP can just write a bill to secure the border and return the invaders, shoot it to the Senate and give the WH a big FO.
Oh...and maybe sanction HHS for illegally transporting illegal immigrants (</sarc> - like that's ever going to happen). I never pinned down the USC that makes that case. Has anyone else with more time than I?
I suppose these agencies have piles of contingency money just waitin’ to be used for whatever purpose. Transport IA’s (UAM?), maybe buy some more ammo? Seems like the congress can somehow fund some things but can’t make an actual budget. Don’t know about the USC case/s.
