YES, it is a ‘horrible threat’ as Russia shot down Ukrainian plabe flying altitude of 6500 meters.

“15 minutes ago Dmitry Tymchuk
Regarding the “Russian invasion of 15 July” Given headers, which massively equipped with a MEDIA briefing today on my statement, I wish to reiterate that statement, so to speak, in writing.

On the border between Russia and Ukraine in the Rostov region, we commit sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the Russian special forces. According to our data, the commanders focus on readiness for infiltration (infiltration) in Ukraine on July 15.

I stressed that such SWAT teams “worked” in the Donbass region during April of this year. The format is exactly the same. Then, following the infiltration of these groups we got Slavyansk, etc. “the Citadel of terrorism”. Now Russia, disillusioned with his mercenaries trying to crank out the same focus.

Any large-scale invasion of Russia to Ukraine and the beginning of “full-fledged war between the two States no one said. Is the secret (at least not yet) the war between Russia and Ukraine. Is it March 2014 years. Who has not yet realized-I’m sorry.

Very much I ask journalists to listen carefully before you write. I understand the desire to resonant MEDIA messages, but do not have to panic. We must confront the enemy with a cool mind.” (Translated by Bing)

You must have missed todays talking points. Better check your emails again.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called on Russia to control its border to stop “terrorists” from crossing into his territory, BBC reports.

Ukraine has demanded that independent monitoring be established to ensure Russia is controlling its border. Kiev says Moscow is fanning violence in eastern Ukraine by allowing fighters and weaponry to cross into its territory.

(Reuters) The Russian statement said Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had sent a letter to Didier Burkhalter, the acting head of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), inviting observers to the border points at Donetsk, which has the same name as the Ukrainian city seized by pro-Russian separatists, and Gukovo."

Try and keep up with the talking points instead of reahshing old propaganda.

Russia didn't shoot the AN-26 down.... It was shot down with one of the BUK-M1's the rebels took when they overran the Ukrainian AA Regiment a few weeks ago. Reports say there were four there, plus support vehicles, that were "Out-of-Operation". Apparently, they aren't so anymore. At least one of these was sent to Donetsk.

Also, it couldn’t have been above 6000 meters if it was dropping supplies, and had depressurized.

VIDEO of the AN 26 shootdown.
http://youtu.be/Z1lpc3VQgqY

The missile tracks and then turns in to hit the aircraft from ABOVE. I’d guess the plane was at 4-6,000 FEET, not meters.
