No woman can be a priest because all true priests exercise the priesthood of Jesus the bridegroom. A woman cannot be a bridegroom.
And is there any point in the Gospels where Jesus said that the Holy Eucharist could only be celebrated by men? He said "Do this in *remembrance* of me," not "Do this while thinking that you *are* me."
