Connect For Health Colorado, the state-run health care exchange set up under Obamacare, will spend some $4 million in the coming year to convince Latinos to enroll through the program, even though exchange managers have no idea whether Latinos are underrepresented among their existing customers.
While the health-care exchange collects demographic data, no one has analyzed it, according to the Denver Post. Exchange managers are just assuming that fewer Latinos have signed up because that’s what independent studies have shown. The money will also be used to target young people and other specific demographic groups without knowing who among them have already enrolled.
The Post reported that the exchange hasn’t performed “basic analysis” of its own data to determine whether the $4 million expense is justified.

It was, you could say, deliberately badly written. I don't know how a 90 year old woman or a non-English speaking person could ‘get it’.
How on earth after DECADES of dummying down Americans in a laughably inefficient system of public schools, does THIS government expect THIS population (let alone undocumented’s who don't speak English) to sign on and comprehend all the in’s and out’s of this ACA piece of crap!

Lol. Pretty funny. Only it doesn’t work that way with government bureaucracies. They can total f-up your records and it is then up to you to fix the mess.
But the next enrollment period is months away. You CAN'T sign up for Obamacare now.
You can in some States if you claim a "hardship" signing up before the "deadline". Remember, Obama is in the White Hut and we are no longer governed by the rule of law.
Oh, I think I can deal with a bureaucrat. By the time I’m done with them they’ll want to go home and stick their head in the oven. Even if it’s electric. ;^)
