I read the entire article and didn’t see anything about anyone trying to criminalize Christianity.
I agree with the ruling and most of what was written, but the title seems a tad hyperbolic.
They have to pass the law before we will know what is in it...
You weren't supposed to. The same way you never saw a repeal of the 2nd Amendment.
I am amazed, but maybe that's just me....
“I read the entire article and didnt see anything about anyone trying to criminalize Christianity.”
Of course.
One of the great unnoticed tools of the Left is “one off” rhetoric. They don’t seek to ban Christianity, they just hinder it enough that living it is impractical - you can still do X Y & Z, “proving” you still have right of religion etc, but outlaw enough to shut you up and let the right die over time. And while I’m wasting time aching this with you, they’re on to the next “one off” prohibition. It works very well, getting us peacefully to a place none of us over 40 ever imagined it would (nay, it defined the worst authoritarian governments) and the Founding Fathers had gone to war over long before this stage. No point in banning anything outright if you can hamstring it (for “good reason, of course”) and let it die of starvation and insufficient procreation.
Sorry - meant to include you in #39
