Not sure why they try it in the summer. Not much water in that part of the state except windmills and stock ponds once you get past the river.
I live in Central TX, not near the border. Some illegals who were camped out at my place in the country said "It's on a map."
It apparently shows places with Springs, water sources, etc. What's weird is there's a year round spring, but there's a big river not a mile from there. I think they know nobody goes out there.
