Leaked Border Crisis Intel Shreds Narrative from Media and Obama Admin
Breitbart ^ | July 14, 2014 | Brandon Darby

HOUSTON, Texas—An elite, law-enforcement sensitive El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) intel report from July 7, 2014 was leaked to Breitbart Texas and reveals that homicide rates in Central America suggest violence is likely not the primary cause of the surge of thousands of unaccompanied minors and incomplete family units illegally entering the United States.

The EPIC report indicates that the belief among the illegal immigrants that they would receive permisos and be allowed to stay was the driving factor in their choices to come to the United States and that the crisis will continue until 'misperceptions' about U.S. immigration benefits were no longer prevalent . The report also states that the migrants cited Univision and other other outlets as having shaped their views on U.S. immigration policy. Another implication of the report is that family members already in the U.S. are encouraging the minors to come and organizing the travel with smugglers. EPIC is a widely respected intelligence analysis group and was initially staffed by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). ....

I have family that live in Guatemala. It is safe. Is there crime? Probably a lot less than in downtown Chicago!

You can watch the videos of these invaders and see the expression of happiness and relief on the faces of these mothers with children as they are loaded on to the Homeland security buses. They look like they have won the lottery.

Nothing happens by chance , The corrupt Obama administration has created this subterfuge to kill America and to transform the entire country into third world culture. They hate America and want it destroyed..

They will use the data from the last US census to figure out where to place these criminal so we all get tortured and can not live our lives in peace.

Mexico & Guatemala announce agreement to make illegal passage to U.S. easier Jul 9th 2014

Earlier this week, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Guatemalan president Otto Perez Molina held a joint press conference to formally announce a new program that will allow Guatemalan citizens to legally travel through Mexico in their effort to enter the United States illegally. Guatemala is one of three sending countries accounting for most of the illegal aliens coming across the U.S.-Mexico border during the ongoing surge. The agreement grants Guatemalans 72 hours of legal status while they make their journey to the U.S.

The "Southern Border Program to Improve Passage" will increase the number of border checkpoints along the Mexico-Guatemala border, provide medical care, and offer Guatemalans a Regional Visitor's Card. The card grants Guatemalans enough time to make the trek to Mexico's northern border.

The program will also offer protection and financial assistance for unaccompanied minors who attempt to make the journey.

I've said it on FR before..I have an 82 year old neighbor who travels solo to Guatemala twice a yar, and stays for 2-3 months. She loves the open air markets, fresh, cheap veggies, and fruit. She's never been mugged or mentioned crime ridden hell hole. If it was so awful, I doubt she'd keep going back.

Another implication of the report is that family members already in the U.S. are... organizing the travel with smugglers.

Do tell. Where did the money come from that these family members came up with? And how many of these family members are also members of the cartel families and are moving their own cartel families to Los Estadoes Unitos?
