On Tuesday, migrant children from Central America were expected to be bussed into Oracle, and taken to a local shelter.

According to this report, Kwasman tweeted from the scene: “Bus coming in. This is not compassion. This is the abrogation of the rule of law." He posted the tweet along with an image of a yellow school bus.

He later told a reporter that he saw “fear” on the faces of the migrant children on the bus. “This is not compassion,” Kwasman said during the interview.

There was only one problem. The children on the school bus were not migrants, but local residents headed to a YMCA summer camp. Reporters on the scene claim the children on the school bus were laughing and taking pictures of the protest.

The on-air libtards could hardly contain themselves over this gaffe where a RINO candidate actually sounds like a libtard. At least we know now....

Flintlock - Not sure that Mr. Kwasman is a Rino, but the editing makes him look clueless. I am not is his district, but this was clearly a gaffe...

Going to be interesting to see how this plays out. More than half of the links I see call him a ‘Tea Party candidate’ (as if there was such a thing as an official ‘tea Party’ endorsement)

From the Statesman articleL
Kwasman is a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives. He is running in the 1st Congressional District GOP primary.
From Ballotpedia:
Ann Kirkpatrick - Incumbent Democrat, no primary opponent

She is seeking re-election in a district with a Republican lean according to both Cook’s PVI and Fairvote. Additionally, Kirkpatrick won the district in 2012 by under 4 percent, and the Republican presidential candidate won the district in both 2012 and 2008.

Republicans in primary on August 26:
Adam Kwasman - State representative : has been endorsed by Sherriff Arpaio, is pro second amendment, small govt, regulation is taxation kinda guy, get rid of common core, pro life, supports private property rights

Gary Kiehne - Businessman : Kwasman is not the only one to make gaffes: “While speaking at a Republican primary debate, Kiehne made the claim that 99 percent of mass shootings in the country were committed by Democrats.” From his website: I’m a conservative who believes in limited government, lower taxes, and economic freedom. I believe that our district can thrive if we can escape the heavy hand of a federal government more concerned with regulating our economy than letting it grow and prosper.

Andy Tobin - State representative : Speaker of the AZ State House, born in NY, Other two were born in AZ, 56 years old, cheap ass website compared to other two, calls himself a battle tested conservative. Secure borders, protect 2nd amendment rights, repeal Obamacare, has huge list of endorsements including Mitt Romney.

It is clear they each are trying to out conservative each other with Andy Tobin being the more mainstream. They would all be to the right of the State of Maine 2nd District house candidate, Bruce Poliquin who is being labeled a tea party extremist.

Ballotpedia already has a reference to the snafu on their website. They frequently have out of date info on other races, so it shows their bias.

“Outsider” Kiehne is probably the most liberal. He talks about being a horse trader and only getting half of what he wants. He probably wants to make deals on issues that shouldn’t be the concern of congress. He is pro amnesty because construction costs are cheap.

Tobin: Tobin said the key is getting people to come forward and register.

“We might find out who they are, which could be very beneficial,” he said.

Kiehne:“If you like $100-a-square-foot homebuilding costs, you’re gonna love $200-a-square-foot homebuilding costs if you package all of ‘em up and send ‘em home. The truth is they’re here, they’re working.”
