Gazans SHOULD be more afraid of Hamas, presuming they value life over death.
It’s Hamas that benefits from IDF 5-minute warnings, as the terrorists abandon a dwelling and try to keep and/or shove-in innocents inside.
Then the Israelis need to disabuse them of this mindset.
Netanyahu should make sure they all can hear him on radio and TV and cell phones. Then he should give a General James Mattis type of speech in Arabic. Give it to em in no uncertain terms, in language they understand.
Then follow through. Maybe to be humanitarian, do it in stages.
