It’s difficult to see the props at 33,000 feet. These clowns were shooting at anything in the sky.

Unfortunately, an An-26 looks a lot like a 777 on radar. Unless you are very well trained, which these lug nots aren't, you'll not know the difference.

What you will easily tell, is the altitude difference... 33,000 looks nothing like 26,000 ft. on radar!

On radar they probably look the same. Plane was at 33,000 ft.
