I saw this study in a news story the other day. 96.6% of the population, according to the study, identifies as straight.
Which is extraordinary, because whenever I watch television, I’d swear that 2/3 of the population is shopping for a football bat and wanting to pay with $3 bills.
I would venture a guess that SOME straight people “self-identified” as gay, just due to their sympathies for the weirdos, to skew the numbers of the survey.
If you watch America’s got Talent. American Idol, The Voice, or X-Factor(cancelled) you’d think half of America is gay. It’s almost as if they intentionally load their roster up with gay people to promote the lifestyle. Sometimes it almost looks like its intentional and that they have been directed to showcase the pansexual LGBTers. Wonder if it comes from the WH. Wouldn’t surprise me one iota.
Yeah. I saw a hotwire.com commercial yesterday featuring a “couple” whose parents were going to watch the kids for the weekend so the 2 dads could get a nice weekend away. Dad one says “sleep is his main goal”. Dad 2 says “well not all sleep” and his “partner”(dad 1) says “it is for me”. Dad 2 says “too bad for me”. Uh, yeah, I was pretty disgusted. I’ve never used hotwire and now I know I never will. Of course the way it’s being pushed eventually we all will end up using something made or offered by some company that’s bought in to the whole spiel. Diversity to me is having a .22, 9mm, 38/357, .223, 12ga, 300winmag.
