I’m coming to the conclusion that, for a significant subset of the black population, there are genetic conditions which do not allow themselves to control themselves in society. Of course there are similar subsets among the white and asian populations also, but at a substantially smaller percentage of those populations.
In my experience, such “bad seeds” in the white and asian populations tend to be shunned and therefore do not reproduce themselves disproportionately. However, in the “ghetto” portion of the black population such “bad seeds” can be considered role models and many young women in that community eagerly allow themselves to be impregnated by them. This of course leads to another, but larger, generation of such bad seeds. I think this is the truth; consider me a racist if you think I should be politically correct and ignore my observations.
