Homosexuals were never “discriminated against” by the legal definition of marriage being that of one adult male and one adult female, who are not directly related by familial relations.
The USA does not require anyone to state or affirm their private sexual activity preferences, as a condition for a legal marriage.
I’m not “homophobic”. I just see them as having several things “wrong” with their selves. They never will be normal That’s why they call their selves queer. Court rulings or laws never will change that reality.
