Back in 2006 two US Border Patrol agents were sentenced to 11 and 12 years in prison for shooting a Mexican drug smuggler in the a**.
Now they’re being shot at by a caliber of weapon used to shoot down aircraft.
No support from DC. Hamstrung with ludicrous ROE as well as possible prison time for shooting back.
Not allowed to do their jobs. Can’t defend themselves. What should they do?
That's not exactly true- they were tried and convicted because they falsified evidence.
